I have been donating and purchasing from here for so many years, but I will be donating and purchasing at another thrift store from today forward. I understand policies but not honoring a one day grace period on an exchange when you don't even have fitting rooms is ridiculous.
Today's visit was really good, they have really cleaned up the store and organized the displays. In the past it wasn’t bad but in comparison it really looks great now.
