Don’t forget your earbuds. This gym has the worst playlist I’ve maybe ever heard. Which is crazy cause they used to play good music. Lots of great equipment. Just hard to workout to “YMCA” then a sad song and then James brown … all just randomly and all over the place.
They have everything you need and then some! The facility is clean and the vibe is welcoming!
Recently started training here after a long layoff due to injury and illness. The gym is incredibly clean and well furnished with everything needed to seriously build strength and athleticism. Staff and clients and friendly and welcoming while creating an environment where it is clear people are there to challenge themselves.
No walk ins? Rang bell multiple times no answer. This was on Sat at 3pm.
