We are a 24 hour facility for our members. We are staffed for guests and sign-ups Monday through Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday from 9am-5pm. We are Albuquerque's premier powerlifting and strength training facility. We are well equipped to train in powerlifting, strongman, olympic lifting, body building, and general strength training. This gym is wonderful! The staff is super friendly, the spaces are well equipped, and it is by far the cleanest powerlifting gym I have ever been to. You can tell the staff really take care of the space. Thank you, Iron Soul, for letting me visit while I was in town!
