I have been extremely satisfied with the service Mike has provided me. He is very engaged with me although I don’t frequent the gym very often. He is good about checking in to make sure I am feeling good about how my workouts are going and makes sure I understand what I am doing. If I have a question I always get a quick response. I feel he is very passionate about the improvement of all his athletes and has the knowledge to get you to where you want to be.

Mike listens to my goals and writes my personalized workouts to ensure I see the results I want. He also verified any limitations I had in order to compose my workout and to help me work through and/or fix the issue. I have ankle mobility issues and it’s improving due to his attention to detail in providing specific exercises. He also modifies workouts for location equipment specific concerns while on travel or if you have a physical issue like a sore back. He is an amazing fitness coach!

It had been 20 years since I'd completed any type of fitness training. When I had my first meeting with Coach Mike in Feb 2019 he listened to my goals, asked questions, and provided feedback to begin my journey.
