The owner was very rude, cussing at us. ******* us that we dont ask questions she asks the questions. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only was she yelling at us but her other employee, she completely changed my tattoo it was on my back so I couldnt see her doing it. This was nothing like what I wanted. She claimed it didnt matter it was her artwork not our bodies. At the end she told us to get the * out. 2 of the people did not get their tattoos and she refused to give us back our deposits.
