I hadn’t had a cleaning in awhile and they made me feel right at home and made the visit seamless and enjoyable.

Service is fine, but billing is terrible. I received email and text notifications about a past due bill, but never received a bill. The person I spoke to verified that a bill was never sent to me, but did not have an answer as to why I never received it, other than "that's handled out of the home office".
