I was temporarily staying in Florence, KY for a few months. I was beyond thrilled to find this gym and call it home for the short time I was there. The owner, Joe, has put together an incredible space that caters well to every individual regardless of exercise style or experience. Joe is very experienced and knowledgeable in all forms of fitness and he has cultivated an incredible core of humans that care about a positive, inclusive culture.
