The gym is not well maintained, machines are constantly broken, the restrooms are overflowing with trash and there is never paper towels in stock. In addition the staff is unprofessional and rude. Due to these ongoing issues, I cancelled my membership after a few months. I wouldn’t recommend this facility.

I was a member of this gym for over two years, and my experience ultimately became completely negative. In recent weeks, I witnessed a selective and arbitrary enforcement of the rules, particularly against a specific trainer, while others engaged in the same behavior without consequences. This escalated to a written warning, which felt clearly disproportionate. I'm at this gym because it's close to my house, but I'm not happy with it, and I'm leaving this review as a request for improvements: the gym smells of sweat, the air conditioning doesn't cool and doesn't work as it should; there aren't enough cardio machines, only 4 or 5 ellipticals, for example; the bathrooms are horrible, small, dirty, and ugly, a place where it's impossible to take a shower comfortably.
