Nice guys, and a good place to rent U-Haul trailers. However, it appears the mechanic didn't bother to balance my wheels and tires after installation leaving the old weights at their previous location. The front tire had 3oz of weight on the "heavy side" of the wheel, not the light side, and it only needed 2 oz's in the proper location. The rear had 3oz of weight, which the mechanic said was fine. Turns out it only needed 1.5 oz. Truly disappointed that a "Dunlop Pro Dealer" would be so careless.

Good people.This is my wife's post. I am Lamar. My son and I came in on Friday the last week of July . My Softtail only had 1st and 2nd. He told me he could pick it up on Tuesday for 50.00. On Tuesday we called and he didn't know anything about it. He was rude and said we don't do appointments. We waited all week he never came. These are the worse people. Their word stands for nothing. I am glad they never came the 3 miles to pick it up.
