God help you if you ever have a problem with a sale. I bid, bought, wired the money, and hired a trucker. They told me the sale collapsed. Its been a week and they still have my money and won't give me a reason why they won't go through with the sale. To make things worse, they won't return calls and their customer service is a joke. I run a business, and try to take care of problems quickly and professionally. If a customer has a legitimate problem in my business, they get to the front of the line to try to get it resolved.... read more
I was bidding on an item open for auction, due to end In 36 hours. Checked in the auction at 30 hours to end time....only to find out that the item has been SOLD! Wow! It was really nice of them to inform me, which they didn’t! Probably just a scam anyhow...Buyers beware! Iron Planet is a joke! Don’t get your hopes up....

Purchased the truck in Colorado. Drove out there to pick it up. The company advertised that it had cruise control. It did not. It also had some additional problems. They advertised that it had a guarantee for the buyer in case there was a problem. But you had to discover the problem before you drove it 3 miles. I didn't find out about the electrical problem until the next day when it had to be jump started.
