The group is very good at prescribing exercises to help you get moving, and work on the "challenged areas" where flexibility has become an issue. The hands on massage and manipulation of soft-tissue helps release knots that have developed over the course of life. Having met with the therapists for approximately 2-1/2 months, I feel like I have gained a greater degree of flexibility in specific areas.
Professional, personalized attention.
A wonderful experience. The staff is well trained and they make PT fun. My therapist was Dr Wortman, not only was she skilled in PT she cares and enjoys helping people.
I had a wonderful experience here over the past several months. The entire team was friendly, supportive, and genuinely cared about my progress. They helped me so much, and I noticed a big improvement thanks to their guidance and encouragement. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy!
One of the best environments. I have been to multiple physical therapist’s and no one was able to match the care and professionalism Dr. Nardiello and his staff provided. A true patient friendly atmosphere, I highly suggest for any college athletes. 5 stars 10/10.
