Very clean facility, has plenty of weights, good cardio equipment, and excellent machine weights. Owner is very personable and caring. I was in town for training at Sourcewell and she helped me achieve my membership and also will take care of the cancellation since I was there temporarily. If I could give a polish - it would be for music to be played but I can work past it personally and it's not a reason to make it less than five stars. Had a membership for almost 2 years here and because I work on the road I never stepped foot in the gym to work out in the last year. . When my credit card expired that was paying the membership she called me 3 months later demanding payment. I told here I just gave her a year of free membership and never used it. You just got about 500 dollars from me for nothing. When I told her I don’t pay for things I don’t get and asked her to cancel me she said to email her but I still owed her for 3 or 4 months membership I never used... read more
