Trevor has been extremely friendly and helpful in my healing and recovery. True body work. Understanding of pressure and technique along with helping me with recovery techniques at home. I needed to see him urgently and was able to get in. I have recommended him to most everyone I know. Great guy, great practice, great attitude, five stars

Over the last 25 yrs, I’ve had many deep tissue massages to help relieve stress tension and pain. They always felt good during the massage but didn’t necessarily have a lasting benefit. It’s been a week since my first session with Iron Palm Massage and my back pain has been resolved in some areas and significantly reduced in others. Very therapeutic!

Worth it if you can afford it. You typically get what you pay for in this world and massages seem to be no different in this regard. I've only been here once but Iron Palm stands out for me because Trevor truly listened to what problem areas I had and gave them special focus. This is the best deep tissue massage I've gotten to date. I like my deep tissue massages to hurt good and Trevor delivered. Seriously one of the best massages, hands down. Trevor listened, asked questions, and was very responsive. He targeted exactly what I wanted to work on and I feel like his work made a real difference in how I feel. Can’t wait to go back!
