We hired Iron & Oak to demo our existing interior staircase and build a replacement in a more modern style; as well as, paint all our main-level trim, which includes over 20 interior windows, reaching up to 30 feet high. Iron and Oak did excellent work and the communication is head and shoulders better than any contractor we've worked with over the years. This was especially nice as we ran into weather delays and the crew chief had a softball injury that laid him up for a few weeks--it was great to be kept up to date on how Iron & Oak was adjusting to get the projected completed when they were short handed. Most important the deck turned out beautifully!
Our 2024 major kitchen remodel with Iron & Oak was a wonderful collaboration of our vision and Iron & Oak's creative designer and skilled craftsmen. ** this is an update to my first review. I hired Iron and Oak this summer (2025) to redo my large front porch and I was yet again pleased with every interaction I had with each employee involved from beginning to end. As a woman working at home I have at times felt “weird” with random workers at my house and for whatever reason, I feel very comfortable with these folks.
