Excellent gym to visit while you're holidaying in the Shuswap. Top notch equipment all around, with all you need for a full body workout including new cardio machines. Staff was excellent. Shout out to Cyrus for being so helpful, thanks buddy. Well worth the drop in fee, or grab a punch card which is even better.
Amazing and friendly staff! Always enjoy going to this gym, bathrooms are very clean, love the equipment choices, and all around good vibes every time I stop in!
This is my first experience really getting into and enjoying the gym, and it's because Iron Nation is so amazing! The owners are very kind and always seem to be smiling . The gym itself has almost every machine I could imagine. For living in a small town like Blind Bay, I am so grateful to have found a beautiful gym that I am excited to work out in .
