What great gym! Super helpful and friendly staff. I’ve been training there for 3 years and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and the equipment is state of the Art. Clean well laid out and open 24/7 for members plus lots of parking right out front.
Excellent gym to visit while you're holidaying in the Shuswap. Top notch equipment all around, with all you need for a full body workout including new cardio machines. Staff was excellent. Shout out to Cyrus for being so helpful, thanks buddy. Well worth the drop in fee, or grab a punch card which is even better.
