Positives: Rapid response when two other companies failed to get back to me. Detailed explanation made for what the repair consisted of. Ability to do the job same day. Lots of photographs shared of the problem (in crawl space), and the area after repair. Courteous and pleasant plumber. Dan is AWESOME! We thought we had a small clog but found out it was a bigger issue. Thanks to him we would have never know that the problem was even happening or what to do. He gave great advice and said if we needed anything to call. He is a very personable guy so talking to him about things was easy. My fan motor stopped working the other morning. I called around to a few company's here but no one could come out. When I called Iron Mountain Rachel was very helpful and urgent about getting someone out ASAP! Not too long after that I received an email informing me that Ruben was on his way, with a picture of him! Awesome! Ruben was Very Respectful and fast with figuring out what the issue was. I called them with an issue on my water heater. Dan was able to come out that day and take care of the issues. Dan was super knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with he explained everything and got it fixed quickly.
