We had a great experience! Iron Mountain Plumbing came out on December 23rd and discovered that our water heater was about dead. They came back on Christmas Eve and spent all day installing our new tankless water heater so that we could have hot water for the holidays. Can’t say enough about how great our experience was. Thanks! :)

Great service! We were impressed with the knowledge in replacing our sewer pump. Dan came out and was able to give an estimate and service in the same day. We hope to not have them back ;) but if we need a plumber or HVAC, we will be calling again.

Dan was amazing! He came out in three hours after I called and provided several different options when our 22 year old water heater crapped out. He explained each option thoroughly, and after we picked, he put it in that same day. I am very impressed with his work and his kind demeanor. He also took the time to help me figure out some other plumbing work we needed done in the future. I definitely recommend giving them a call!

If I could give Dan and Iron Mountain 6 stars I would. Everything start to finish was very professional and quick. They got me an earlier time slot and the tech Dan was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and even added a water softener on top of fixing our issues with the water heater in a timely manner.
