They could have someone answer the phones at 8am so when you call to confirm an appointment, you don't end up late. resulting in them charging you $50 because the lady said that she don't come in until 10am and she answers the phones. That's horrible business!! Didn't reschedule and gladly will take my children to a place that is more put together.
