I brought my cat there and in reality all they care about is money. We had an issue over 4 cent and it really irritated me. They kept me on hold several times for 10+ minutes. When I dropped off my cat she wanted me to wait in the parking lot for 20 mins or so....I said no I have some errands to run and that I had to get to the bank but I would be a 10min phone call away. Only teason they get one star, so I can post my experience, if you have a loved pet. I BEG YOU NOT TO TAKE THEM THERE , they killed my best friend!!! They diagnosed him with diabetes and started insulin and special diet, all through them, they started him out on 4units of vetsulin twice a day, started off to be finebut after that had a few issues or checkups for him Months later, after the weught loss, hair loss, and vision loss, most recent, they never adjusted his dosage of insulin, continuously kept him on 4 units twice ... read more
