Worst company ever to deal with. Better hope you don't ever need to close your account with them...... If I would have known what I know now I would have never ever done business with this company!
Good until you don't need them. We needed a offsite storage solution and we picked iron mountain. They were good. And than we didn't need them. The account closing process is a nightmare. Very expensive, which I wouldn't have minded if it came with any level of service. Every step takes weeks. We paid the final bill and five weeks later we cannot get them to schedule a delivery. Just terrible service. What a way to make a final impression. Find someone else, this company is not for you.
