Only because 0 stars isn’t an option. Well beyond our regularly scheduled pickup and we now have several overflowing bins in need of shredding. Customer service has been contacted multiple times and a new pickup date was promised. Well that has now passed as well. Great company to avoid.
Almost 3 months past pick up date, when you call it goes to another country to a call center that is NO help. We have an overflowing bin and now cardboard boxes overflowing with material. DO NOT USE THEM. EVER.
