Spoke with two reps. over a period of two days and was provided conflicting information. In addition, at the end of the second call, it was suggested I take my business to UPS/Shred Nation.....(which I found to be odd) before the call ubruptly ended. Disgruntled employee perhaps?
I've spent over 2 hours on the phone, over the past week and a half, trying to schedule and re-schedule a significant pick up for shredding. Not sure if there is miscommunication between the office and the transportation department, or if transportation just doesn't read the file notes, or if transportation has gone rogue?.. On my last call I asked to speak to a supervisor. No luck. They couldn't find one(!)
