Very poor service. We switched to a local shredding company that is cheaper, faster, and has better customer service.

I would not recommend Iron Mountain. For over ten years, we have had several services—shredding, storage, etc. We have done several projects to purge old records, and they can't figure out the billing. They are trying to charge more than the quote and continue to bill for storage when there is nothing left. You will never speak to anyone, and I have been trying to resolve this since September 2021; we are now in February 2022. This organization is very disorganized, and it is clear the employees do not care.
