I’m so frustrated with this company. Our facility was contacted with Docu-Vault and Iron Mountain bought the facility located in New Jersey. This transfer took place on April 1 st. What a perfect day to start dealing with a company that is literally a joke. We can only deal with the customer service line and they have no idea what I am saying. I’ve been trying to get patient records for two weeks now and I’m still waiting. I could go on and on, but I would suggest you go with another company.
Building 200 ,they open the gate at 6am, not let you in before 7am ,kinda quick unloading
