This company, which was formerly very good, seems to have decided to cash in on their reputation. Customer service is horrible, to the point where it seems intentional. Their hidden charges have gotten to the point that they are not just difficult to find, but they are simply fraudulent. I strongly recommend not using this company any longer.

I've been trying to get hold of someone for 2 days, their customer service line is useless. Iron Mountain Kingston does not care about their customers. Brutal customer service.
