Can never get anyone to help, need a bulk pick up but can't get them on the phone. did the online request as well and nothing. They dropped off 4 bins that we did not request. Can't get them to pick them up either. just terrible service. Even the employee of Iron Mountain said they get so many complaints. SMH
Very slow to respond when emailing them, if at all. Tried to get an overcharge cleared up took 3 months and talked to three different people, then at the end they charged for a regular scheduled pickup even though it was supposed to be a final pickup to cancel account. Since they dont communicate to their employees properly, they had to come out again and do a final pickup and charged me for that as well. Please avoid this service. They kept ratcheting up the prices and then I have suffered phantom charges for services, no customer service response, emails with no ability to reply, 30 minutes in wait land with no one ever picking up. Promises from local dealer that they would pick up bins w no charge and getting $250 bill when I closed out. Foreign customer service that you cannot understand. I could not be more disappointed.
