The most disjointed, disorganized, slow to respond frustraiting company you will ever deal with. Take my advice, DON"T!!! Weeks of back forth emailing, multiple calls, more emails, etc... They finally showed up on the only day I told them was not an option. Never reschuled or commnuincated in a timely manner and more weeks went by, crickets.... I removed my credit card from thier billing portal and called another company. Just recieved an invocie from them for the service they never performed. These guys are complete hacks. ... read more
Can never get anyone to help, need a bulk pick up but can't get them on the phone. did the online request as well and nothing. They dropped off 4 bins that we did not request. Can't get them to pick them up either. just terrible service. Even the employee of Iron Mountain said they get so many complaints. SMH
Very slow to respond when emailing them, if at all. Tried to get an overcharge cleared up took 3 months and talked to three different people, then at the end they charged for a regular scheduled pickup even though it was supposed to be a final pickup to cancel account. Since they dont communicate to their employees properly, they had to come out again and do a final pickup and charged me for that as well.
