Not sure who the customer no service rep was that hung up on me but four boxes overflowing and apparently it doesn’t matter at all to them. Absolute clown show.
One of the worst companies you can imagine doing business with. My card was on auto draft. I noticed I was being charged a late fee. At some point they stopped auto drafting my card but never sent me a late notice or an email or letter notifying me that my account was late. I have went back and forth with them trying to pay and have now spoken with multiple people. Nobody can tell me what I owe and they also will not take a card over the phone for payment. The most disjointed, disorganized, slow to respond frustraiting company you will ever deal with. Take my advice, DON"T!!! Weeks of back forth emailing, multiple calls, more emails, etc... They finally showed up on the only day I told them was not an option. Never reschuled or commnuincated in a timely manner and more weeks went by, crickets.... I removed my credit card from thier billing portal and called another company. Just recieved an invocie from them for the service they never performed. These guys are complete hacks. ... read more
