Worst customer service experience in a long time. Scheduled them to drop off shred containers 3 weeks in advance. No-show on the day, and when I called at 4:30 to see if they were still coming, they acted like it was my fault for calling them "so late in the day". Cancelled the order because my boss was ticked at their attitude. Today, 2 weeks later, the poor driver showed up with the tubs--their Customer Service never told dispatch that the order was cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous. Will look elsewhere for services.
