The onboarding process here is unnecessarily long and over the top. I’m a Class A CDL driver with 5 years of experience, and after spending over an hour and a half interviewing, I was told they’d run the usual background check. Their third-party background agency flagged “gaps” in my work history, apparently taking a few months off for summer travel over the years is an unforgivable offense.
