Very friendly
This might be the absolutely worst company I have ever worked with. Impossible to work with customer service. Charges outrageous prices for storage. Blames the customer for every mistake of their staff and refuses to fix anything. Truly outrageous.
You guys need to train your drivers better. This guy left me waiting 15 minutes for him to finish blocking the street before he could move. I didn't know your trucks had privileges.
I'm not sure why negative reviews. I showed up 9am appointment. Yes I tried several attempts with buzzer. I just called my broker and asked if he could hollar at the shipper for me. Shortly someone came and took my pickup number, was in and out of the dock in 30 minutes. Good guy working here loading trucks. Drivers be respectful and learn patience.
The reviews lied. This place took me at 9:10, they open at 9 AM. I pulled the air brake and the shipper came outside before I even stepped out of my truck. Clean lot. Dock M pretty nice too. In and out under 45 min.
