I recently started working for a company who uses Iron Mountain shredding services. We have two bins in our office. The pickup cadence was not communicated to me when I started. I spent over an hour on the phone with a customer service rep trying to find out the shredding pick up cadence at our office. The rep couldn't explain why there are two pick up schedules (one monthly and one bimonthly) at our office with one showing a pickup for 1 bin and the other showing pickup for 2 bins. Very friendly
This might be the absolutely worst company I have ever worked with. Impossible to work with customer service. Charges outrageous prices for storage. Blames the customer for every mistake of their staff and refuses to fix anything. Truly outrageous.
You guys need to train your drivers better. This guy left me waiting 15 minutes for him to finish blocking the street before he could move. I didn't know your trucks had privileges.
