I called them today to schedule shredding services, got told I needed a customer number. I haven't used them in 3 years so I didn't have a customer number, and they told me to look on the invoice from 3 years ago. (which is in a shred box) zero help from the person who answered the phone. Called Shred-It and got very prompt service. Will never call them again. If they can't help customers they don't need to list a customer service number. I have never had anyone that when I needed a customer number or username not be able to... read more
