I dropped my bike off at St. Louis Harley August 8th of 25 and it sat there with no movement or returned emails or phone calls until MAC went and picked it up the Friday before thanksgiving a couple weeks after that MAC was already ordering parts and has been been very responsive and has been keeping me up to date the guys there are awesome and I highly recommend going there for any needs relating to motorcycles
