Wish I'd signed up years earlier... still, Mike's has been instrumental in getting my health back, especially heart health, after a month in hospitals, June '23... Mike, Debbie & the staff & independent trainers are all awesome! HIGHLY recommend, especially for seniors like myself... 🤠
I was in the area this past weekend and needed a gym a for a few workouts!! Couldn't of been happier! I really liked the old school vib of the free wieghts everything was very clean and in good working order..Also talked with the owner before I arrived and he helped worked thru how the lock system worked and how to pay after hours..If I every am back ill definitely be back!!
