Made an appointment to have camera system installed in semi truck. Took the truck off the road to have it done and arrive at the shop for install to see that no one is there and they are on vacation. This should have been communicated. This cost us time and money to bring a truck off the road.
Called for a DOT inspection. Chris the man that does the appointments told me Im good to come in the next day at 2pm. I get there and Im not down for any appointment. So the shop manager told me there’s nothing he could do since I wasn’t down. This poor customer service and communication.
Very friendly and professional, the guy who ran the place use to be in the military, thank you for your service sir! If I ever drive through MS again and need an oil change, this is the place I will go to.
