I was really impressed with this gym—clean and well-equipped. The equipment is in excellent condition and there's a wide variety. I did cardio and weights and a little functional fitness outside. The space is clean, and it's clear the staff does a good job maintaining the facility.

This gym has became a favorite place of mine! It’s just big enough to have EVERYTHING you need to reach your fitness goals, but small enough to easily navigate and feel comfortable in the space you’re in. Minimal cardio equipment, but this is predominantly a body building gym. There is an outdoor turf area with additional equipment, which is lovely during the early spring months!
