Was in town for my daughter's dance competition. Grabbed a week pass from this place for $25. Old school gym with actual iron plates and dumbbells. The owners husband and wife work the front and are great people. Husband is a former competitor and showed me some old pics of his hay day when he competed against Lee Haney. Enjoyed the atmosphere, truly an old school atmosphere which I love and miss.
Ive been coming to Iron Legacy for the past couple of years anytime I’m in Myrtle Beach but today will be my last… it’s ridiculous the trainers will constantly horrid 3-4 machines at a time and will bully paying guests when they attempt to get on a machine that nobody is occupying…. Today I voice my frustrations a little to this trainer after he bullied me off a free machine while him and his trainee was in a completely other area of the gym.
