Great gym, everyone treats you great, and they all help you with whatever you need whether you are a beginner or more advanced this is the place for you!
Overall this gym is 5 stars if you enjoy old school gyms. I remember some of this equipment from high school. Today is my first day going. I’m visiting from NC. The people are so friendly. Upon leaving they all were so helpful at getting me a protein shake made. I definitely love the dog that is so chill and at peace walking around. Only thing that is kind of frustrating is there is 2 or three sessions of personal training going on. And since it’s a small gym equipment is limited. I was doing biceps and back. Excellent old-school gym. They have everything. And most of all, there's an outstanding atmosphere in this gym. Makes you feel like home
