Excellent old-school gym. They have everything. And most of all, there's an outstanding atmosphere in this gym. Makes you feel like home

I love this gym it's like lifting in a different decade as far as equipment goes, which is awesome. Highly recommend if your serious about your training. The owners are super welcoming and both very knowledgeable when it comes to training topics. I use to go when it was originally golds and i am glad they broke of from gold's. Gold's now is to modern and not as hardcore. This gym is awesome and really recommend to anyone.
