Great old school gym, been coming to this gym for several years while on vacation to myrtle and have never had a bad experience. They have apparel,pre workout, and protein shakes available also which is very convenient. Look forward to visiting every year .

This is my favorite gym that I have ever been to. I always come down here when I’m going to the beach and enjoy it every time. Also Tyler is the greatest!
Gym is super dope and has some of the best equipment I've used across all gyms. Day passes are only $5 as well so super affordable. If you're a bodybuilder it's the perfect gym for any leg day, chest day, shoulder day, or even just cardio. As a bonus they have this cute little pit bull walking around the gym freely. Don't worry the dog is well trained and wouldn't hurt a fly
1st day here. Visiting from Florida. All the equipment anyone can need to get strong and fit. Old school iron gym feel but with modern equipment as well. Staff is very helpful. I love this place. Reminds me of “everybody wants to get strong but no one wants to pick up heavy shit!”
