I just reached my first anniversary at Iron Keel in early December 2024. When I walked through the doors just over a year ago, I remember wondering if this would be for me. Very small and cramped. Doesn’t seem very clean
I started coming here 6 months ago when my wife signed up for a CrossFit class. Little did I know what I was getting into, lol. Well, 6 months later, this gym is a gem. Classes are generally small, which allows for more personal attention and the staff and the other gym patrons are friendly and helpful. I've learned so much here - from proper stretching to lifting techniques to body mechanics. At 57, I'm getting close to being in the best shape of my life, thanks to Iron Keel. Definitely recommend!
