I loved this gym from the moment I walked in. It’s clean every time I go, from the Bathroom, ladies locker room, and the machines. I loved working with Danny, he gave very motivating feedback back in my morning classes. Everyone from the members, to the staff always have smiles on their faces. Eve has been awesome to talk with concerning membership details. I hands down recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

I just reached my first anniversary at Iron Keel in early December 2024. When I walked through the doors just over a year ago, I remember wondering if this would be for me. I had no prior cross-fit experience. I had no prior lifting experience. I worked out on my own or in a class in a fitness facility. I had little experience with a trainer.
