Excellent gym. Plenty of equipment, clean facility and great environment. Setup is thoughtful and plenty of options for every muscle group. Definitely a value

I was in town for a week and did a week long membership. My recommendation is based on your fitness goals. If you are serious about lifting weights, it want to be serious about lifting, this IS the best gym around. They have serious equipment, powerlifting stations and pretty much everything you need for lifting. If you're looking for cardio this might not be the best fit for you But, for lifting it doesn't get better than this

We got a day pass at Iron HQ while visiting Chattanooga and it had everything we needed. Great variety of equipment, ideal for powerlifters, plus a solid posing room for bodybuilders. The 24-hour access is a huge plus, and getting a pass online was quick and easy. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
