Iron House is the gym to join if you are interested in powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding and strongman. The facility is one of the bested equipped in Louisiana and constantly improving. Tara and Daniel are owners who truly care about their members. The staff and trainers are all very friendly. Absolutely best environment. Love the whole staff
As someone who has been all over the country and had to find different places to lift, this is one of the best public gyms I’ve ever been to. Specialty bars, deadlift platforms, competition style benches, squat rack, calibrated weights in one area, Strongman implements (stones, logs, yoke) in another. As well as a ton of high quality machines for accessory work. Owner and employees are very nice. If I lived in the area this would undoubtedly be my every day gym.
Great atmosphere and members! The owners are super friendly and focus on "passion over profit"! Love this gym!!!
