Used to love coming to this gym. And to all the other responses from the gym owner, yes I have been a real member for years. Seems everything has been automated. Now you have to use an app to get in and can’t just call and talk to anyone. Cancellation fee is 250 bucks after changing their policy to knowingly screw over loyal members. Do not waste your time or money. Owners should be ashamed of themselves.
Absolute GARBAGE. Terrible staff and management. Screwed me and multiple people out of $250 on cancellation of membership.
Poor cancellation fee process, they bent me and several others over by switching up contracts to practically rob us of $250 for a cancellation fee. They are the type of people who will lie to keep up their public image. I recommend going somewhere else.
