This is the most ridiculous gem I've ever been to in 20 years. It's operated like a prison. The prices are ridiculously high. On the front door it says 4 workouts for $200. You can't get in the place unless you pay $15. You can't check out any of their facilities and they don't answer the phone. We had called them before we went there and everything seemed good. This gym was a game changer for me. The equipment is great and the members are there to work. An impressive establishment, I am glad they chose to open a facility in Columbia.

Day pass reviewer here... great no-frills gym dedicated to the more serious lifters out there, has a large selection of top-quality machines, all the free weights barbells/dumbells/racks you'd need, and some functional fitness/CrossFit equipment (treadmills, rowers, assault bikes, grass turf - 20 yards?, sleds, medicine balls, kettle bells, etc.) to get in your WOD. Awesome gym, they got everything you'll ever need. Very nice, courteous and professional ownership & management! If you're in the area, it's a no-brainer to come here. If you're far, make the drive 100%
