We came to see an apartment after being specifically told the previous evening that it is available, in addition to a few others that they had on the website that will be shown to us. We came a long way and were told that everything is unavailable overnight.
Pia was amazing…super helpful and kind. Quiet, clean and walkable to many places. Loving it so far!
Another great job by the IMT team. I put in my work order in the morning and realized that I should have asked for an earlier timeframe. Not only did Katrina help me contact Jose, he came to my rescue right on time! Jose fixed the stripping around my counter quickly and efficiently. He also removed unwanted insects from my door ( I needed this done but never got around to it). I really appreciate the care the IMT team provides to their clients. They are like no other—they stand above the rest!
This review is long overdue, been here for several months now. I wanted to write about the great onboarding process with Katrina J. She answered all of our questions (and we had plenty). We also have received exemplary maintenance services from Roel and Jose. They answered our maintenance requests same day, which we appreciated greatly. They fixed our overfrosted freezer and stuck door lock, respectively. The portal is easy to use to pay rent and you can email or walk into their office if you ha e any questions or issues
In December 2025, I toured IMT Pleasant Hill and had a very positive experience. The leasing agent, Katrina, was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Her service stood out, as I have rarely encountered such a warm and inviting atmosphere during a property tour. I am seriously considering IMT Pleasant Hill as my future home.
