We scheduled a self-guided tour at IMT Apartments and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the lock system didn’t work, it kept saying “lock not available” even though our phone’s location was on and showing us at the door. We tried multiple times, even on different phones, and it never worked. A leasing agent (a blonde woman who seemed to be in charge) saw us struggling and, instead of helping, told us “sorry, I can’t” because she had to leave to pick up her granddaughter. Just a post here to mention what a pleasant surprise our our move-in has been. We were greeted by a wonderful person named Melly and given a great tour. All our questions and concerns were answered candidly rather than by, "rehearsed responses". The grounds are beautiful especially the pool. The workout room is nice as well. When we moved in Jose and Raphael helped make our two bedroom apartment just about perfect! We promise to drop off my world famous pumpkin cheese cake this Thanksgiving as a thank you. BB
Katrina was great friendly and informative.
The staff was great. They saved me 3 parking spots to back the moving bag right in front of my apartment. Which saved me a lot of unloading time. The were my guardian angels
