We’re been harassed since we moved here by Rafael Crisostomo. At first he asked for the taxes forms, then a year later asked for bank statements twice in a period of 6 months. He then ask about the Zelle transfers. And now a year later he wants our I.D to file an audit wich I was told by a lawyer that this not normal because he should only be doing screening when you first move in and we’ve been here over 3 years. Five stars to the staff at IMT Pleasant Hill! The manager, Rafael, has been fantastic! Whenever I share a concern with him, he takes action immediately. He always prioritizes my needs to ensure I feel comfortable in my living space. IMT is lucky to have such a fantastic manager. I lived there for 7 years and it's been a great ride. The apartment complex is located closely to BART and highway, so transportation is great. It's a pretty quiet place, no porch pirates, there are occasional problems with people stealing tires, but it's pretty new. Overall, nobody yelled drunk in the middle of the night, stole mail or packages. Management been pretty good throughout the tenancy. I spoke with Mele today to get more information about the current rental process at IMT and what documents that would be needed to finish the process for a possible rental transfer. Mele was a great help and I found her very reassuring and knowledgeable about the process. I have visited this apartment complex several times and have noted it is always well maintained.
