Five stars to the staff at IMT Pleasant Hill! The manager, Rafael, has been fantastic! Whenever I share a concern with him, he takes action immediately. He always prioritizes my needs to ensure I feel comfortable in my living space. IMT is lucky to have such a fantastic manager. I lived there for 7 years and it's been a great ride. The apartment complex is located closely to BART and highway, so transportation is great. It's a pretty quiet place, no porch pirates, there are occasional problems with people stealing tires, but it's pretty new. Overall, nobody yelled drunk in the middle of the night, stole mail or packages. Management been pretty good throughout the tenancy. I spoke with Mele today to get more information about the current rental process at IMT and what documents that would be needed to finish the process for a possible rental transfer. Mele was a great help and I found her very reassuring and knowledgeable about the process. I have visited this apartment complex several times and have noted it is always well maintained.
I have had a great experience here! Management is responsive and friendly, and the maintenance team is quick to resolve any problems. The complex is located in a nice area and walking distance from BART.
We lived here for 6 years—always paid rent on time, kept to ourselves, and treated the property with care. But since the new management took over, things have gone downhill fast. Crime has increased, and management does nothing. On 09/24, our car tires were stolen on the property, along with two other cars. We later found out this had happened three times before, and yet management never informed or warned any residents—no communication, no accountability.
