Beautiful services provider by staff. They are very friendly and helpful. My application it went really fast.
Love living here! Would recommend 10 out of 10. It’s a quiet and peaceful location. Centrally located for commuters to Bart and 168. But not too close to be noisy. Staff is wonderful and quick to respond to needs.
The maintenance people are great. But the leasing office is a nightmare. They surprise you with "prorated assessment fees" even though they're actually paid in arrears. But the leasing agent couldn't say that word. After you move out, they slam you with a balance ontop of your $1100 deposit. The longer I am gone from there the more I realize how much of a mistake it was. Good luck getting out of their web of collection agencies. This is how they pay for constant leafblowers.
So far everything has been great here at IMT Pleasant Hill. As a first time renter, Mele was very kind, patient and gave me good advice throughout the whole process. I was able to meet a few other staff members who greeted me with open arms. Overall the area is very quiet and peaceful and very conveniently located around shops, transportation etc
