Staff is very accessible, and also very friendly. The leasing office is easily reached during business hours. The maintenance crew responds quickly, sometimes faster than if I were living in a house and called about the same problem! The grounds are well maintained, as is laundry room, and there is a nice paint job on the exterior. The welcome gift I received on arrival was both functional in its contents and symbolic of how welcomed I would feel here. The studio itself looks good and was adequately cleaned.
This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in! The staff is so incredible, kind, and efficient. Maintenance handles everything so promptly; whenever I had a maintenance issue it was resolved within 48hrs. The apartment complex propert itself is so quiet and peaceful. You can tell right away that the team cares about the community. Not only do they keep the place spotless but the customer service is top tier. They always receive you with a smile and really give you the attention. Maintenance while around the community always smile
I'm visiting my daughter and while I was here Rowell came to do a service request. Rowell came with a smile, polite attitude, and shoe covers! It was really comforting to see that my daughter was in a good place with the right people.
