Very negative experience with Iron Horse Equine. I have 4 horses with 6 visits (including 2 emergency visits) in 2020 that resulted in around $4,000 in vet bills. Even though I paid them in full by 12/31/2020, the practice owner was unhappy I didn't pay $2,500 out of pocket for one emergency visit – though she didn't let me know this until 2021 when I tried to schedule an appt. I called Iron Horse when my horse got a spider bite on his nose, she gave me two options of making a next day appt on Saturday or immediate emergency... read more
