What a terrible experience. We originally hired Mike Hopkins through a contractor to do a deck design. It took forever to get the design back. The contractor asked that I reach out directly to Mike, which I did multiple times and left multiple voicemails. He refused to return my calls. I finally was able to reach him and asked why he's ignoring my calls. He said it's because he only has to answer to the contractor.
