I bought a brand new ruger 45-70 lever gun from here. After the wait period I went in to pick it up ant the box is absolutely shredded. I was sorta annoyed but I didn't make anything of it. After getting home and taking a closer look at the gun there were some obvious signs of ware. The front sight paint was worn half off, amongst a few other minor marks. I sorta wonder if these guys sold me a used gun marked as new. Or if not, they definitely used it while in there inventory.
What happened to this place? I visited today specifically to purchase a 22lr suppressor and it’s as if I was invisible. It’s like they don’t want to sell anything. The employee giving suppressor advice to another employee was some of the worst advice I’ve ever heard. He should do more research himself before steering customers in the wrong direction. Originally I left a bad review about the poor customer service I received, however the next day I came in and was impressed with the prompt and friendly service. I even received a call from the owner just a few days after I left the bad review and was reassured of the quality of business they are running. Great place to shop and use for FFL transfers!
