Just joined Iron Hero after being at another CF gym for 6 years (that I really liked) -- the transition to this new gym community has been great. Coaches are knowledgeable and invested- I am learning new things, despite having experience. The workouts have challenged me in new ways and the people have been welcoming. Overall great experience.
