I have been going to Iron Heart Gym (on and off) for the past 5 years. Richard and Jen have been very accomidating as I work on rotation 2-3 weeks in 1 week out. This is the only family run gym in the Vernon area that I know of. I have also tried the other franchise gyms in Vernon but Iron Heart feels like home. They have decent equipment and is the perfect mix of heavy lift equipment, cardio, group training and personal training. I highly recommend this gym for the heavy lifters, casual or new members. My dad has been going to Iron heart for years now, and when he suggested me to start going to the gym I was hesitant about feeling comfortable and not have the fear of being harassed. But I decided to go. Five months later it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff there are so chill and friendly, everyone there is respectful and will help if needed. I’ve been going to this gym for 5 years now and there’s no other place I’d rather go to. This gym is such an inviting and warm space to be. I feel privileged for having the opportunity to workout in such a beautiful gym! Thank you Richard, Genny, Chris and staff!
Awesome gym with great equipment, very friendly and helpful people working there. I will definitely be back whenever I can. Their shakes are awesome as well!
