Cannot say enough good things about this gym! My boyfriend and I came to visit Vernon a few times over the summer, and starting the days when we’re in town with a workout at Iron Heart is always a highlight for us. So much equipment, clean, well-organized, and the staff are all so friendly! They also make very yummy shakes!
Chad Johnston told me about this place a while ago and man o man. The best GYM in town hands down. Thank you for the staff and owners for creating such an amazing environment & experience!! Cheers!
Dropped into Iron Heart Gym while on holidays in Vernon with my son. What a great gym, super friendly staff, lots of space and equipment and an awesome vibe. Look forward to coming back next time I’m in town.
