I cannot say enough positive things about this gym. Visiting from Prince George and I can easily say that this is the the cleanest gym I have ever worked out at. Even the mirrors are spotless. Very reasonable drop in fee, up to date machinery, and all around positive vibes. Above all else, my best experience was how welcoming and bubbly Eve at the front desk was. Very welcoming and and an angelic personality. Thank you!!
Cannot say enough good things about this gym! My boyfriend and I came to visit Vernon a few times over the summer, and starting the days when we’re in town with a workout at Iron Heart is always a highlight for us. So much equipment, clean, well-organized, and the staff are all so friendly! They also make very yummy shakes!
Chad Johnston told me about this place a while ago and man o man. The best GYM in town hands down. Thank you for the staff and owners for creating such an amazing environment & experience!! Cheers!
