Clean with some newer equipment,The gym was very clean, including the bathroom. I will definitely use the gym again when I am in the area.

Had my first posing session with Gia at Iron Heart today and am blown away with how much she was able to help me in just one session! She was so sweet, and patient and took the time to explain the hows and the whys to me. Looking forward to many more sessions before I hit the stage!
