Iron Health staff has supported me and assisted me in recovery for several injuries over the past 5 years. The administrative staff excels at personal patient service and the Physical Therapists and trainers are excellent and caring. I highly recommend seeking healing at Iron Health when you need it, and personal training to keep you on track. I hope they add more classes:) Thank you to Iron Health.
Most PT experiences can be lackluster. Iron Health is the exact opposite. Caring, knowledgeable and always helping you re-gain your form. Joe the owner and his team go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I recently had my knee replaced they helped me get back to my athletics in record time.
I love the guidance and how quickly the time passes. Plus I feel great afterwards!! Great people that work at Iron Health!
I started going to Iron Health in Peekskill in March. I highly recommend if you want to do strength training in a personalized, small group instruction. Michelle is the instructor I work with. She is always upbeat, clear, encouraging and patient. It's a lot of fun and I'm improving all the time. It's a great way to build all around strength.
