They are very welcoming and therapists are knowledgeable and take time to explain very well. They are enthusiastic about their profession. My only critique is that the appointments are only 40 minutes. I wish they were an hour. Just when we seem to get going, time is up.
I cant recommend Iron Health enough! Last year my shoulder was so painful and I was helped by a one on one experience that I'd never had at any other place. Everyone is professional and caring.
Awesome pace. I take an ageless strength class with Stephanie as the instructor. I love this class . I always feel better when I go.Stephanie works with you if you have any trouble areas example I’m post op 4 months from a total knee replacement and I’m nervous about getting on the floor and doing a particular exercise she will have me do it on the weight bench . This is the 2nd time I've needed Iron Health. The first time was for a torn calf muscle I got skiing. They used various exercises and technology to help me heal. The tech specifically was cupping, electric stim, and mechanical massage. The work they performed was top notch and I healed quickly. This time my hip started giving trouble. There wasn't a specific event they created my hip pain. I attributed it to overuse, age (I hate to admit that!) and I was walking everyday, about 5 miles.
