Amazing staff. They really know what they’re doing and never steered me wrong. Had multiple great experiences at iron health in peekskill. Facility was clean as well with great equipment. Really grateful for Joe and the rest of the Iron Health team. 10/10!
I went to Iron Health in Ardsley for PT - Everyone was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I worked with David, Alexa and JT. I’ve been to other PT places and this is by far the best. You could tell they love what they do and care very much about your progress. Now I’m going to the small group fitness classes and I love that too. Oliver and Jen are also very knowledgeable and very supportive. I highly recommend Iron Health Ardsley!
Iron Health is a great place to get healthy and strong! I started here as a PT patient with Gaby. She was always personable and encouraging every step of the way. Once I “graduated” PT, I joined the small group personal training with Michelle, Alina and Stephanie. They are all friendly and encouraging and have really pushed me to be the best, strongest version of myself! Iron Health is a welcoming place for all people wherever they are on their fitness journey.
The team at Iron Health Peekskill is full of positive, uplifting professionals who understand how to tailer programs to your needs and goals. The workout environment is always positive, filled with a lot of supportive women. Iron Health will keep you accountable for your fitness goals and give you the 1:1 environment you need.
