I highly recommend Iron Health! I began exercising at Iron Health about a month ago. Other than walking I had not exercised regularly in years. I have had a great experience getting back into exercising regularly under the guidance of their trainers, Stephanie, Alina, and Michelle. Facility is very clean and the staff are extremely professional. The doctors work with their clients/patients to address their needs on their path to recovery.
I have been doing PT at Iron health Peekskill for many months. The last couple of months I have been with Dr.Chris. He is outstanding and so helpful with all of the techniques he uses. He is truly so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I always look forward to seeing him! When she is out sick, I can see Ryan who is also fabulous! Zoe at the front desk is always so welcoming!! I’m so glad I found Iron health Peekskill.

Iron Health staff has supported me and assisted me in recovery for several injuries over the past 5 years. The administrative staff excels at personal patient service and the Physical Therapists and trainers are excellent and caring. I highly recommend seeking healing at Iron Health when you need it, and personal training to keep you on track. I hope they add more classes:) Thank you to Iron Health.
