She is so passionate about helping men and women feel strong and empowered, she makes everyone feel welcome, and there is no shame on your skill level whether it’s your first time trying it or a pro who has been doing it for years! Iron Hawk CrossFit is truly special! Coach Lisa has created such an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone — no matter your fitness level. I love that she encourages moms to bring their kiddos and be part of a supportive, healthy, and uplifting community. The workouts are challenging yet adaptable, and the energy is positive!
Iron Hawk Cross fit is the best crossfit gym in Northwest Montana. I felt insanely supported and yet Lisa saw my potential and pushed when needed to be pushed. She has created a welcoming atmosphere for all ages, fitness skills and abilities. My first experience with cross fit was at Iron Hawk and I walked away loving it.
