As a person who has been working out for many years, Doing weights and lots of long-distance running. I recently was introduced into CrossFit from a friend while on a locums job contract. When I got back home to Columbia Falls after being on a locum’s job contract, I was eager to find a local CrossFit gym. You guys! I attended an event put on by Iron Hawk CrossFit and let me tell youuuu..Lisa is amazing! She is so passionate about helping men and women feel strong and empowered, she makes everyone feel welcome, and there is no shame on your skill level whether it’s your first time trying it or a pro who has been doing it for years!
