Work was good but multiple times it was wks to a mth getting a response. We only used them because it was the builder's contact and ended up being dishonest in the end. Still hasn't come back to finish, I'm only assuming because him and the builder are probably playing games because builder caused at least 20k in damages and repairs and we held back the final amount because of this. We are having someone else finish the job. Remember Never pay your contractor in full job is fully complete and no issues !?!
Wonderful experience! We had Iron Grove Electric install a number of fixtures and dimmers in our new home. Mack was very professional and great to deal with. Hugh, the electrician, was courteous and took pride in his work. We were impressed by his attention to detail. We would highly recommend Mack and his team at Iron Grove Electric.
I have been meaning to drop a review since work was completed, but never got around to it. Sorry Mack! I'm pleased with my decision to get a quote and have Iron Grove Electric complete a laundry list of electrical upgrades and new projects. I had a great experience with them. They were fair, respectful, prompt, and addressed issues immediately. Their call back system is remarkable, Mack and his crew were knowledgeable, consistently pleasant, and respectful. I highly recommend Iron Grove Electric.
A big shout out to Iron Grove! We had some light fixtures swapped out, several light switches and plug outlets updated and our panel relabelled. Quality work in quick timeframe and within budget! Excellent communication and professionalism from Mack, and Hugh is super conscientious, hard working and polite! So nice to find such great all around service and I will be calling them for any electrical needs in future, thanks Mack & Hugh!
