I love this gym! Since moving away from Kimberley I've recruited TWO friends to join this amazing space. Partly from my raving how awesome it is (and how much I miss it!!) but also due to Sean's great ideas, such as Bring a Friend week (most flexible, open way to get new people in the door), and Saturday partner workouts, which new people can also join, no experience required. CrossFit has always been about inclusion, community, and friendly faces - Iron Goat CrossFit does not disappoint! Stop by and see for yourself :)
Prior to joining Iron Goat I was completely new to CrossFit (and Kimberley). Being part of Iron Goat has been a great way to become friendly with folks around town while exploring a new dimension of fitness. Very grateful that our small community has a venue like this to bring people together!
I came in with zero knowledge of CrossFit and was welcomed with open arms. I love the community, the workouts and the amazing people I’ve met. The gym is inclusive, supportive, hella fun and super clean. The trainers are all incredible and knowledgeable. Thank you, Sean- for creating and fostering such an amazing community. We love you!
