Some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Macy/Regina sure don’t know how to treat their customers. Provide a dumpster for your customers and their units would be cleaned out properly. Do not go to this place if you want to be treated like a crap customer!
Great location. Horrible customer service by Regina. She is constantly rude. She tried lying about the laws in regards to being late two weeks. Told me state wide if I didn't pay immediately that they would put lien on my belongings. I said by law you cant. Regina said its all storage units that have been switched. I informed her i knew that she was lying and i would love for her to try enforce it. And I said if this was true we would have to have been given a notice. So I have stopped paying completely.
